Empowering Independence Through Our Outreach Service.
Our Outreach program at Ryde House Group is designed with clear outcomes in mind. We're here to foster the journey towards independence with the help of our dedicated and well-trained core teams. Every step, from the initial assessment, team formation, target setting, to evaluating progress, is centred around the individual's unique needs and aspirations.

At the heart of Ryde House Group Outreach Service is a team that radiates positivity, proactivity, and genuine compassion. We've tailored our support systems to ensure each individual is empowered, fulfilled, and set on a path to achieve their unique milestones.

What we offer

  • Community Engagement: We enable individuals to actively participate in community activities, access employment opportunities, and immerse themselves in the voluntary sector.

  • Support in the Community: We assist individuals with their personal care routines, household tasks, and ensure they attend vital health appointments.

  • Innovative Assistive Technology: At Ryde House Group, we believe in the power of technology. Leveraging cutting-edge assistive tools, we complement our support services to enhance individual independence. This ensures that individuals not only grow in autonomy but also feel safe and reassured, knowing assistance is within arm's reach whenever required.

  • Transitioning to Independence: Our specialised community-based facilities are designed especially for young individuals transitioning from foster or family care. Our aim is to guide them towards greater self-reliance, culminating in their eventual move to independent living accommodations. Additionally, we provide comprehensive 24/7 support for those transitioning from residential settings into the community.

  • Specialist Support: Autism, ADHD, complex behaviours, sensory impairments, communication challenges, intricate health conditions and mental health conditions

Don't take our word for it, hear what people have to say about our Outreach service ...

"How do you explain the feeling of being able to let your little one loose in the world without you, knowing that he's with people who actually care and can manage his more challenging behaviours.
My son comes back from every session full of funny stories and smiles and is always desperate to go on his next adventure.Thank you for helping to restore his confidence and trust and letting him be his unique and quirky self."
