At Ryde House Group Outreach Service, our vision is "An inclusive world where there are no barriers to people achieving their chosen path." Staying true to this vision, we take pride in our exceptional, CQC-rated 'Outstanding' support services, meticulously tailored for the Isle of Wight community. We are dedicated to offering adaptable and professional support for both adults and young individuals with diverse complex needs.

Our Outreach program at Ryde House Group is designed with clear outcomes in mind. We're here to foster the journey towards independence with the help of our dedicated and well-trained core teams. Every step, from the initial assessment, team formation, target setting, to evaluating progress, is centred around the individual's unique needs and aspirations.

What we offer

  • Community Engagement: We enable individuals to actively participate in community activities, access employment opportunities, and immerse themselves in the voluntary sector.

Leveraging cutting-edge assistive tools, we complement our support services to enhance individual independence. This ensures that individuals not only grow in autonomy but also feel safe and reassured, knowing assistance is within arm's reach whenever required.

  • Transitioning to Independence: Our specialised community-based facilities are designed especially for young individuals transitioning from foster or family care. Our aim is to guide them towards greater self-reliance, culminating in their eventual move to independent living accommodations. Additionally, we provide comprehensive 24/7 support for those transitioning from residential settings into the community.

  • Specialist Support: Autism, ADHD, complex behaviours, sensory impairments, communication challenges, intricate health conditions and mental health conditions
