OUTREACH SERVICE
COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKERS
We are looking to recruit experienced support workers to join our community based Domiciliary Care Service supporting both adults and young people.
Possession of a full UK driving licence and a vehicle that is suitable for use whilst at work (including relevant business insurance) is preferred for this role, however we will consider non-drivers that live in the Ryde/Sandown areas.

We are looking for experienced support workers to join our residential services.
Previous experience in Health and Social Care and a QCF Level 2 are essential.
A full clean UK driving licence would also be an advantage.

We are looking to recruit experienced support workers to join our Residential homes, working through the night to support our team and service users.
HOME MANAGEMENT
We are looking to expand our Ryde House Registration management team from seven to ten! That means, we have three exciting opportunities available for those who are interested in progressing in the care sector.
The successful candidate for this role will have experience supporting adults with disabilities/mental health conditions or other vulnerable individuals. You will need knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, and CQC fundamental standards.
