COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKERS
We are looking to recruit experienced support workers to join our community based Domiciliary Care Service supporting both adults and young people.
Possession of a full UK driving licence and a vehicle that is suitable for use whilst at work (including relevant business insurance) is preferred for this role, however we will consider non-drivers that live in the Ryde/Sandown areas.
We offer a comprehensive training and induction programme for all new employees.
Our tailored training packages are delivered through a combination of workshop and e-learning sessions and you can expect to complete many of the following courses:
Basic Life Support
End of life Care
Equality & Diversity
Fire Prevention and Awareness
Health & Safety
Health and Social Care QCF levels 2 to 5
Mental Capacity & Dols

COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKERS

EXPERIENCED & SENIOR SUPPORT WORKERS
We are looking for experienced support workers to join our residential services.
Previous experience in Health and Social Care and a QCF Level 2 are essential.
A full clean UK driving licence would also be an advantage.
We are recruiting individuals to train as Support Workers within our residential services.
Previous experience is not necessary as full training is available.
A full clean UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
We are seeking one part time domestic worker to work within one of our residential homes in Ryde.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintain the cleanliness of the home, and for following infection control processes. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
We are looking to recruit experienced support workers to join our Residential homes, working through the night to support our team and service users.
We have an exciting new opportunity for a full-time Deputy Manager to work within our Residential Homes.
The successful candidate for this role will have experience supporting adults with disabilities/mental health conditions or other vulnerable individuals. You will need knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, and CQC fundamental standards.
