COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKERS
We are looking to recruit experienced support workers to join our community based Domiciliary Care Service supporting both adults and young people.
Possession of a full UK driving licence and a vehicle that is suitable for use whilst at work (including relevant business insurance) is essential for this role.
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
EXPERIENCED SUPPORT WORKERS
We are looking for experienced support workers to join our residential services.
Previous experience in Health and Social Care and a QCF Level 2 are essential.
A full clean UK driving licence would also be an advantage.
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
SUPPORT WORKERS
We are recruiting individuals to train as Support Workers within our residential services.
Previous experience is not necessary as full training is available.

We are looking to recruit experienced support workers to join our community based Domiciliary Care Service supporting both adults and young people, working through the night to support our team and service users.
Possession of a full UK driving licence and a vehicle that is suitable for use whilst at work (including relevant business insurance) is preferable for this role.
RESIDENTIAL
DEPUTY MANAGER
Ryde House Group have an exciting opportunity for a full time Deputy Manager to work in one of our on-site Residential Homes.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills with an emphasis and ethos on supporting teams to achieve positive outcomes for people.
They should also have the ability to prioritise tasks, have good IT skills and will have experience in a similar role/environment, with knowledge of:
- Relevant legislation, CQC fundamental standards and inspection framework
- Mental Capacity Act and an empowering and enabling approach
- Awareness of safeguarding procedures at role level and also from a multi agency perspective.
- A good knowledge of quality assurance systems, processes and how these should align with legislation and our regulators, and also how to embed and monitor processes.
