COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKERS
We are looking to recruit experienced support workers to join our community based Domiciliary Care Service supporting both adults and young people.
Possession of a full UK driving licence and a vehicle that is suitable for use whilst at work (including relevant business insurance) is preferred for this role, however we will consider non-drivers that live in the Ryde/Sandown areas.
We are recruiting individuals to train as Support Workers within our residential services.
Previous experience is not necessary as full training is available.
A full clean UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
We offer a comprehensive training and induction programme for all new employees.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKERS
We are looking to recruit experienced support workers to join our community based Domiciliary Care Service supporting both adults and young people, working through the night to support our team and service users.
Possession of a full UK driving licence and a vehicle that is suitable for use whilst at work (including relevant business insurance) is preferable for this role.
EXPERIENCED & SENIOR SUPPORT WORKERS
We are looking for experienced support workers to join our residential services.
Previous experience in Health and Social Care and a QCF Level 2 are essential.
A full clean UK driving licence would also be an advantage.
We are looking for an administrative wizard to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties and will be a key support to our Multidisciplinary Team (MDT)*.
*The MDT brings together specialist health & social care professionals with vast areas of expertise to provide a holistic approach to the provision of care and support to people living with complex needs.
Duties will include (but are not limited to) auditing, transcribing, arranging meetings, task management, and providing reports.
