As a Support Worker, you will provide care to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism; this may be through helping with their day-to-day tasks (such as washing, dressing, eating), helping them to achieve a life goal (such as assisting them at college), or helping them to enjoy the fine things that the Isle of Wight has to offer.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will work alongside the staffing team to meet the care and support needs of our service users, assisting in their day-to-day activities within the home and in the community.
As an Outreach Support Worker PRW you will provide care and support to individuals with a variety of complex needs including autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions; assisting them with accessing community and social activities, providing support at school or college as well as with day-to-day living.
